Since I posted last, our district’s Indiana State Representative Zach Payne has reached out and spoken with me. He is dedicated to seeing this law go to the next session, in January 2022, after ICADV tweaks the wording. We do NOT want the abusers (and their attorneys) to find any loopholes, nor do we want judges to misinterpret how to read the law. We seek justice to be served!!!
