If you’re wondering why I started this, its because I was formerly a victim of domestic abuse and my husband would RARELY let me leave the house, for fear that “free will” would kick in and I’d bolt. I lived through webcams, as I adored finding unusual ones to view. When he’d search my Internet History, he told me I was the weirdest woman EVER. Translation: I didn’t catch you watching porn or communicating with random men – BORING!
Anyway, I thought I’d post my favorites, in case any people are in active abuse, homebound, or otherwise indisposed…I have a great list of them and I plan on posting every week!
ABBEY ROAD (UK) LIVE CAM

I’m a huge Beatles fan. In fact, my Dad had many of their original albums but decided to sell them at a yard sale years ago…I’m heartbroken! He sold them for $1 each…I grew up listening to those and I’ve always wanted to go to the UK and get my picture on Abbey Road. I found they have a live webcam, which is very cool. It’s a very busy street, but there are ALWAYS people photographing and posing folks on it, which is a bit comical. The UK is like 5 hours ahead of my time zone in Indiana USA (ET), if that gives you any idea. I think this was originally a “traffic cam,” but it became super popular!
An interesting side note, if you look at the main picture of the Beatles crossing Abbey Road on their famous cross walk, look at the last Beatle, George Harrison, and you’ll see the missing (VW) Beetle behind him. The missing Beetle had his back to the camera, ironically. Just a bit of trivia there…
