I. DIDN’T. INHERIT. THE. CRAFT. GENE!
The only remotely crafty thing I can do is take photographs. Repeat, I can only photograph people and things. I’ve enjoyed it so much, I’ve done it since I was three. I’ve liked it so much I’ve become professional, through taking photos for the newspaper and by having a job at a store portrait studio. I love cameras so much I even collect vintage ones…they’ve “seen” so much…
I have been told I have a photographer’s eye, with my specialty being scenery and animals. I’ve been trained by Kodak and by Ansel Adams Studios, amongst others. I am just showing the world literally what I see…
Recently, I entered my photographs into my county’s 4-H fair. I didn’t win a thing, not one thing — even after changing my last name, so there is no ill-will with the former last name (small, judgmental town). I got 11 participation ribbons. I guess that means I have more photos to take, for next year. *Shrugs*

These are great. I am horrible at taking pictures. Love the Pug pic, I had Pugs for years and love the breed.
My pug was my constant companion. I had to put her down because of her collapsing tracheae. I miss her everyday! Thank you for the compliments on my pictures!
